HAPPY hALLOWEEN!
I hope everyone had a great Halloween! My little man and I had a blast. I followed the tips we had posted on Facebook and it worked out perfectly! Little man was Gekko from PJ Masks and kept his mask on for the duration of trick-or-treating and had fun taking pictures. I lost count of how many houses we stopped at to trick-or-treat, and he quickly learned to pick candy from the bucket or put the candy people gave him in his bucket, and did so each time!! Of course if people volunteered their container of candy, he would try to keep grabbing more. Despite having a full bucket, he refused to eat any candy. Normally his picky eating habits, which feels like an understatement, frustrate me to no end. However, they worked to my advantage for Halloween, yay for maintaining healthy teeth and avoiding sugar highs! His favorite part of the night was pouring his candy out of his bucket and putting them back, one by one, in a separate little bucket, while counting them.
